GRUPO TERAPÉUTICO

¡Propuesta ideal para ampliar tus redes.

Esta es una actividad que desarrollamos al aire libre para toda la comunidad de Petunia´s Bliss. Son todas/os bienvenidas/os. Es una hermosa oportunidad para conocer gente, ampliar tus vínculos y charlar en espacios cuidados y saludables.

Construimos JUNTAS un espacio saludable de charla y escucha libre de juicios.

Qué hacemos en los encuentros?

Mateada: Compartimos una charla y conocemos a los/as participantes del grupo.

Círculo de palabras: Trabajamos con temas disparadores y hacemos una puesta en común.

Meditación: Cerramos el encuentro con una meditación grupal.

Invitado/a especial: En alguna oportunidad puede venir alguien que nos comparta una charla o actividad especial.
